Micro-credential in Strategic Financial and Risk Management

This course will look at the role and responsibility of a manager in meeting the competing needs of stakeholders within the multinational business environment. Students will be exposed to the strategic perspectives of domestic and international investment and financing decisions. They will also develop advisory skills in planning strategic acquisitions, mergers and corporate re-organisations. Finally, students will be exposed to the existence of risks in business and the sophisticated strategies which are employed in order to manage such risks.
