Micro-credential in Strategic Human Resource Management

This course covers the importance of managing knowledge and human resources, as well as
developing awareness on how to gain and sustain a competitive advantage through human
capital and knowledge utilization. It investigates the strategies for empowering organizational
members to manage organizational transformation processes in a national and global
environment. This course also examine the challenges and issues pertaining to human capital and researches that has been undertaken relating to human resources and the interplay of knowledge creation, acquisition, dissemination and utilization.
