      Having a purposeful and well thought out first aid kit prepared will be a good place to start in preparing for any eventualities of a medical emergency.

      First aid kits are usually compact carrying containers in which you would stock-up the bare necessities for dealing with an emergency. What you decide to include in your first aid kit may differ from others depending on the situations and settings which you may most likely encounter (e.g. school yards, workplace, home, young victims, elderly victims etc.).

      Learning Activity Instruction(s):

      Unfortunately, common first aid kits do not offer the luxury of space to store everything under the sun. As such, what you decide to pack in your kit has to be tailored to your situation and essentially requires careful thinking.

      List FIVE ITEMS which you think you MUST have in your very own first aid kit and give reasons why you think they are important.

      Provide your responses in the comment section.
