What is working memory training, and what makes it work? – cogbites

Memory can be thought of in general terms as the use of past experience to affect or influence current behaviour.

In Psychology, Memory refers to the processes that are used to acquire, store, retain, and later retrieve information for current cognitive use.

There are three major processes involved in memory: encoding, storage, and retrieval. Human memory involves the ability to both preserve and recover information we have learned or experienced.
